Payment Information

Domestic Students

Don't let cost be a barrier to achieving your career goals. We offer a variety of payment options. To find out how you could start studying and get into that new job sooner, keep reading.

We are an approved VET Student Loan provider.

A Vet Student Loan allows students to commence study with a no-upfront cost option. If you meet the course entry requirements and also meet the VET Student Loan requirements, students can then enter into a loan agreement with the Australian Government. You can then start to pay back the loan once you start earning above the repayment threshold.

VET Student loans are currently available on BSB51415 – Diploma of Project Management.

To find out if you are eligible, call us on 1300 794 006, Contact Us, or read on.

If you're not an Australian Citizen but want flexibility to help you study sooner, just ask us about our Payment Instalment Plan.

Students pay 50% at the time of commencement, then pay the outstanding balance in equal quarterly payments.

Please note that a 5% processing fee does apply which is payable on commencement of your studies.

Students can commence study at any time.

If you're wanting to get the finances sorted and out of the way, we will provide you with an invoice and payment details before you commence. The good news, is that all qualifications are GST exempt.

Payment must be made prior to commencement, but there is a cooling off period between enrolment and your due payment date.

International Students

Fees vary depending on the Qualification you choose to study.

It is important to know that Tuition Fees are set for the duration of study. Once enrolled, the Tuition Fees will not change.

The below table provides information about fees, how you can pay, and provides a link to our refunds and cancellations policy.

Please Contact Us if you have any questions about the fees or the payment process.

All International students are required to pay a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of AUD$350.

This fee covers the cost of administration to process your enrolment.

International students are required to pay a Materials Fee of AUD$500.

This fee covers the cost of all class resources and materials required during your studies.

Before students can commence study, you will be required to pay 50% of your Tuition Fees, plus any outstanding Material Fees.

Students can opt to pay their fees via:

  • Credit Card
  • Direct Debit into our nominated bank account

Payment details will be provided on acceptance of your application. Please note, we do not accept cash payments, and payments made via American Express are subject to a 3% surcharge.

It is also important for students to know that your bank may charge you international transaction fees or other service charges. Ask your bank to declare all fees to you before you agree to payment.

Once students have completed 50% of the units required for their qualification, the remaining balance of Tuition Fees are due.

Students will not be able to continue studies until this remaining balance has been paid.

What happens if I need to make a change?

Our payment plans are designed to help students get into their dream careers faster. However sometimes things change, and it is important for all students to familiarise themselves with the Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

International students are also covered under the Australian Tuition Protection Scheme. Full details are available in our Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
